Consulting Policy

In submitting this form I am aware consultation requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the project deadline to ensure sufficient availability of statistical resources. I agree that I will provide appropriate acknowledgement in any publications concerning the statistical support provided. Co-authorship is generally expected on studies where the statistician has been involved with a study from its inception or was instrumental in obtaining or interpreting the results. Co-authorship is independent of financial support for the project.
