IFAS Statistics
The department is located on the fourth floor of McCarty Hall, Building C (Just to the south of McCarty Hall A or MCCC on the map). The faculty and staff of IFAS Statistics are involved in collaborative research and provide software training, workshops and courses oriented on applied and/or theoretical topics to graduate students, faculty, and staff as well as individuals outside of the University. The department provides JMP licenses to faculty, staff and students within the University free of charge and can be downloaded online. Please see our software page for more Information on this as well as other statistical software packages. IFAS Statistics is also currently serving as the home base for the newly developed Program for Environmental Statistics, a collaborative effort between scientists.
